The EPC process

The EPC Process

To produce an EPC, an energy survey is required at the property. This normally takes 30 minutes on site with a collection of data and photographic evidence. One of our surveyors will book an appointment with you or your tenant. Once the data has been collected, an EPC is created using government approved software and emailed to you normally within 1 working day.
